About Impora
Who We Are
Impora is a Lahore-based online retail store specialising in imported consumer goods for the home. We operate from Lahore, Punjab, and sell directly to customers across Pakistan through our website, impora.pk.
Impora is an independently owned and operated online store. We are not a manufacturer, and we are not the brand owner of the products we sell. We source finished goods from importers, wholesalers, and distributors, and we resell them to customers in Pakistan. Every product page states the brand or, where a product is unbranded, describes it as such.
What We Sell
Our catalogue covers four main categories:
- Home — household items and general-use goods for everyday living
- Kitchen — small appliances, cookware, and kitchen tools
- Personal Care — grooming and personal-use devices and accessories
- Hardware & Tools — general-purpose tools and household hardware
How We Source Our Products
The goods we sell are imported into Pakistan and purchased by us through local importers and authorised wholesale suppliers in Lahore. We inspect stock on arrival before it is listed for sale. Where a product carries a manufacturer's warranty through the local importer, we state this clearly on the product page. Where no such warranty exists, we say so — we do not imply warranty coverage that we cannot honour.
How Ordering Works
We operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, which is the standard payment method for online retail in Pakistan.
- You place an order on impora.pk with your name, delivery address, and phone number. No payment is taken at this stage.
- Our team calls you to confirm the order and delivery address, usually within 24 hours of the order being placed.
- Once confirmed, we hand the parcel to one of our courier partners — PostEx, Barq Raftar, or Leopards Courier.
- The courier delivers to your address, typically within 3-5 working days of dispatch.
- You pay the courier in cash at the moment of delivery. You are under no obligation to pay before you receive the parcel.
The price shown on the product page is the price you pay. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order. We do not add any charges after an order is placed.
Our Commitments to You
- Accurate listings. Product photos, descriptions, and specifications reflect the actual item we ship. If a photo is a manufacturer's stock image, the description states what is included in the box.
- Honest pricing. Any discount we display is measured against a price we have genuinely charged. We do not use fake original prices or permanent "sale" pricing.
- A real returns process. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will replace or refund it under the terms set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
- Reachable support. We answer calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails during our stated business hours, and we respond to complaints rather than ignoring them.
