Our Commitment: What We Never Do

We never sell your data. Your name, phone number, address, and order history are never sold, rented, traded, or given to data brokers, advertisers, or other sellers.

We never send promotional messages. We contact you only about your own order or a query you raised. You are not added to any marketing list.

We never ask for payment credentials. Impora is Cash on Delivery. We do not request card numbers, CVV codes, PINs, banking passwords, OTPs, or wallet details — not on the site, the phone, or by message. If anyone claims to be Impora and asks for these, it is not us. Refuse and report it to us.

We never redirect you elsewhere. When you visit impora.pk, you stay on impora.pk. Our links and ads lead only to our own product pages, at the price shown.

We never show third-party ads. No pop-ups, prize claims, surveys, sweepstakes, or offers from other companies. We sell our own products and nothing else.

We never download anything to your device. No files, extensions, or software are installed when you browse or order.

The only parties who receive your details are those needed to complete your order: our courier partners, who need your address to deliver, and Shopify, which hosts our store.

If you ever see a pop-up or redirect on impora.pk that does not look like us, email impora.pk@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately.
